7-Day Refund Window
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service initiation
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Service has not yet commenced or is within initial planning phase
- Technical issues prevent service delivery from our end
- Service significantly differs from agreed specifications
- Request is made within the 7-day window
Note: Custom development work that has already been delivered is not eligible for refunds.
Refund Process
- Submit a refund request via email to support@praestosoft.com
- Include your project details and reason for refund
- Our team will review your request within 48 hours
- If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
7-Day Policy Details
Our 7-day refund policy is structured as follows:
- Days 1-3: Full refund available (minus transaction fees)
- Days 4-5: 75% refund available
- Days 6-7: 50% refund available
- After Day 7: No refund available
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Completed custom development work
- Used licenses or digital products
- Services where work has been delivered as specified
- Cancellations after the 7-day window
Payment Returns
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method:
- Credit Card payments: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days
- International payments: Up to 10 business days
