Clear guidelines for service cancellations and refunds

7-Day Refund Window

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service initiation

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Service has not yet commenced or is within initial planning phase
  • Technical issues prevent service delivery from our end
  • Service significantly differs from agreed specifications
  • Request is made within the 7-day window

Note: Custom development work that has already been delivered is not eligible for refunds.

Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request via email to support@praestosoft.com
  2. Include your project details and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 48 hours
  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

7-Day Policy Details

Our 7-day refund policy is structured as follows:

  • Days 1-3: Full refund available (minus transaction fees)
  • Days 4-5: 75% refund available
  • Days 6-7: 50% refund available
  • After Day 7: No refund available

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Completed custom development work
  • Used licenses or digital products
  • Services where work has been delivered as specified
  • Cancellations after the 7-day window

Payment Returns

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method:

  • Credit Card payments: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days
  • International payments: Up to 10 business days
